What does Hall Davis Marketing do for its Marketing Consulting Services?
The short answer to this question is: everything and anythings. That's pretty vague though. So we can give you a little more detail. We typically work with our consulting clients on an on-going basis and we are paid a monthly retainer. For that monthly fee, we are on-call and work closely with you and your staff to achieve your marketing goals. But, wait, you're thinking. What if I don't know what my marketing goals are? That's okay. With every marketing consulting client, we have at least one kick-off meetings to review the details of the business, what marketing you've been using up to this point, and what you are focused on growing. We then develop a plan and start working on implementing that plan. We meet with our consulting clients EVERY month. We see it as our job to schedule this meeting and to set the agenda (with your feedback). We keep you abreast of what is happening with your marketing and make sure you are in the loop where you need to be. But we strive to take the stress of marketing off your plate so you can focus on running your business. Here's a brief list of the type of work we do regularly for our consulting clients:
Regularly review website stats, including overall traffic trends, conversions, top sources of traffic and keyword performance. If you don't have a keyword list, don't worry, we'll work with you to develop one.
Become the single point of contact with all media sales reps. Our clients only meet with sales reps if they want to! If not, we'll handle that.
Media buys and ad campaign design.
Facebook, Instagram and other social media posting.
Manage third-party vendors and give you recommendations on who you should be working with if outside expertise is needed.
Keep websites updated. Redesign where necessary.
Brainstorm on business growth.
Develop an annual marketing budget and stick to that budget.
